The OTTOFLEX® Wall Sealing Sleeve is a professional-grade, elastic membrane designed for permanent, waterproof sealing around pipe ducts in moisture-prone and wet rooms. Fully fabric-reinforced on both sides with a special elastomer sealing layer, it offers exceptional flexibility and tear resistance.
Engineered by Otto-Chemie to sit securely beneath tiles, boards, and ceramic coverings, this sleeve provides a foolproof connection with liquid tanking membranes, slurry seal coatings, and decoupling strips. It guarantees a watertight seal at one of the most vulnerable points in any wet room installation.

"Pipe penetrations in shower walls are the number one cause of hidden leaks. You cannot just slap some silicone around the pipe and hope for the best. This fabric-reinforced sleeve stretches tightly around the pipe and beds perfectly into your tanking paste. Because it's fleece-lined on both sides, the tile adhesive grips it like concrete."
Pro Tip: If using liquid tanking: Slide the sleeve over the pipe duct and press it firmly into your wet first coat of OTTOFLEX® Protective Coating. Once dry, paint your entire second coat directly over the sleeve to sandwich it in. If using a physical sealing strip: Bond the sleeve over the entire area using OTTOCOLL® M 500 or M 595, ensuring you smooth over the transitions with the oozing adhesive.
